Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Late fee Effective 1/1/2022 **All Rescheduled/Cancellations must be made 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment. It is NOT the responsibility of the Loctician/Stylist Melody Robinson to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment... Same day cancellations and /or rescheduled appointments will incur the same fees as the original appointment/service pricing. This applies to all new, current and returning clients! If appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours, 100% of the appointment/service fee will be charged via the card on file. If card declines or payment is rejected, you will not be allowed to book again unless you pay fees owed. All clients MUST use the confirmation link that was texted or emailed to cancel and/or reschedule the appointment. There is no exceptions to this. The stylist CAN NOT cancel it for you. **Saturday appointments and major holidays, not just limited to appointments the week of New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas, the cancellation policy is 7days/ 168 hours prior to the scheduled week of your appointment. Due to high demand for appts during these times. You will be charged FULL price, no exceptions. Non-refundable, non-transferrable. This is for ALL clients, so please don’t call or text asking to reschedule your appt or to adjust it, all clients have 24/7 access to the booking site. If a client arrives late and the service provider Melody Robinson has a client immediately following, same day rescheduling fee/late fee is applied. No exceptions! Fund policies for any scheduled appointments are NON-REFUNDABLE and are NON-TRANSFERABLE. There is a 10 minute grace period granted. Afterwards the appointment will be cancelled and the full amount for the service(s) requested is charged and lost. NO EXCEPTIONS. Late Fee: $35 non-refundable fee that will be automatically added on to your services. This is non-negotiable. Cancellation fee/No-Show- Full price of service.
